The best warranty is one that is never called upon. And, so it is with ours. We rarely get a warranty call because our products are simply good. If something goes wrong with your cabin, it is almost a guarantee that it was the result of poor construction or extraordinary damage. Maple Homes packages are very, very good products.

But, on those rare occasions when material delivered is ‘not good enough', we fix it! And we fix it fast. A ‘slow' warranty process makes no one happy.

The Maple Homes warranty program is extensive. All homes have a 10-year structural warranty and there is a minimum 30-year warranty on the roofing materials. Similarly, our warranty on our low maintenance energy efficient windows is 10 years.

Different components carry different warranties., If a 29 gauge metal roof is selected this will carry an increased roofing warranty of 40 years. If the Hardiplank siding option is selected the product will carry a 50 year warranty.

We give you the benefit of combining our warranty with the individual warranties of our suppliers. This powerful combination provides our customers with one of the strongest assurance programs in the marketplace today. The result is peace of mind for our customers, knowing that they have purchased quality materials that the suppliers are willing to stand behind.
